Various ways to enjoy Ambika Tea Masala ☕

Since its release, Ambika Tea Masala have been loved by many customers.
In addition to familiar ingredients such as cinnamon, green cardamom, ginger, the punchy aroma of bay leaf, clove, and brown cardamom make this mixed masala more exquisite and well balanced.
Here, we introduce various ways to enjoy Ambika Tea Masala!
① Masala Chai
Please see the link below for the authentic Masala Chai making using CTC tea leaves.
Tea Masala, Tea Leaves, Milk and Sugar should be firmly boiled at each stage to make aromatic chai.

② Add to drinks (Hot Milk, Cafe Latte, Cappuccino, Banana Juice, Lemonade, Cola)
Just add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon per cup for spicy and delicious drinks!
It goes well with fruits like banana and lemon. When you put it in cola, it tastes like a craft cola.
③ Sprinkle on vegetables (Sweet Potato, Pumpkin, Chestnut)
Spiciness of Ambika Tea Masala also goes well with sweet vegetables!
Sweet potatoes, pumpkin salads, boiled pumpkin, marron glaze and etc. !
④ As an ingredient for spicy sweets baking (Pound Cake, Cupcake, Cookies, Apple Pie, Cheesecake, Pudding)
Ambika Tea Masala matches well with dried fruits and nuts! Please add it to your usual handmade sweets!
It is also recommended that you add it to either cheesecake filling or cookie crust.
⑤ Pan-Fry or Grill (Paneer, Chicken)
Ambika Tea Masala's black pepper, horns, nutmeg give smoky flavor!
Blend Cumin Powder: Coriander powder: Tea Masala at 2: 2: 1. Marinate 200g Paneer (or one chicken thigh/breast) with 1 tablespoon of this mixed powder, garlic & ginger paste, salt and oil, and fry in a frying pan. (You can also broil/grill it in the stoves)
⑥ with Wine (Vin Chaud/Mulled Wine, Sangria)
Ambika Tea Masala goes well with orange and apples! Warm wine in a pot or microwave to make Vin Chaud, or make Sangria with cold wine.
You can use any wine (Red, White, Rose).
⑦ Sprinkle on sweets and desserts (Vanilla Ice Cream, Panna Cotta, Cream Cheese + Monaco + Honey, Yogurt, Serial, Granola)
