Aloo Methi -Sabzi with methi and potatoes -

◆ Ingredients 

Fresh Methi: 50g
Potato: 1 Cup
Onion: 1 Cup
Tomato: 1 Cup

Cumin whole: 1/2 teaspoon
Chili Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander Powder: 1 teaspoon
Garam Masara: 1/2 teaspoon

Oil: 1 teaspoon
Salt: as needed

Lemon juice: 1 teaspoon

◆ How to cook

1. Heat Cumin and Vegetables

 Pour oil in a pan, after the oil is heated add cumin seed,one by one add Onions, tomatoes, potatoes, and salt.

2. Add powder spices

Once the potatoes are soft slowly add chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and mix well.

3. Add Methi and Garam Masala

Now put chopped methi and heat it for 2 minutes. Then add Garam masala and switch off the heat.

4. Add lemon juice

Finally pour a few drops of lemon juice for a tangy flavor.

5. It's ready to eat!

Serve with paratha, Roti, or Naan.
