●簡単ミニレシピ●「ジャグリーの甘辛味噌ダレ」
1. フライパンにジャグリー大さじ1とカップ1/2のお水を入れ、火にかけて溶かします。
2. コチュジャン大さじ2と、好みでしょうゆで味を調え、泡が出て煮詰まってきたら、薄切り肉を入れ絡めながらサッと焼きます。
3. 佃煮のようなツヤが出てきたら出来上がり。チリパウダーをかけてご飯にのせてお召し上がりください。
※ベジタリアンの方は厚揚げ豆腐や油揚げでも美味しくできあがります。ジャグリーならではのコクをお楽しみください。
※コチュジャンの代わりに味噌でもOK。その場合ニンニクを加えて味を調節してください。
