● Easy Mini Recipe ● Raita -Yogurt Salad-
1. Add cumin powder and salt to yogurt and mix carefully with a whipper until smooth. Season with salt to taste.
2. Add your favorite vegetables such as chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumbers and boiled potatoes to complete the Indian yogurt salad, RAITA. Sprinkle with mint or dry mint if desired and enjoy.
*The key to this dish is to season with salt. Also, if you mix the chopped vegetables with salt and cumin, it will be easier to mix.
*Add garlic and ginger, and add your favorite spiciness (pepper, red pepper, etc.) to make it a delicious snack dip.
* If you add plenty of vegetables and add a little milk to make it smooth, it has a refreshing taste and is perfect for breakfast. Good to accompany biryani.
