Tindora is also known as Ivy gourd. It grows primarily in tropical climates and is commonly found in the southern Indian states, where it forms a part of the local cuisine.

Why Ambika
Ambika Frozen Tindora are premium quality, hygienically packed ready to cook frozen vegetable. It is free from any foreign matter, artificial color, flavor and preservatives. It is blanched and then freezed by Individual Quick Frozen (IQF) technology to lock the freshness.

Where to Use
In India, Tindora is used in curry, by deep-frying it along with spices, stuffing it with masala and sauteing it, or boiling it first in a pressure cooker and then frying it. It is also used in sambar, a vegetable and lentil-based soup.
Tindora is a good source of fibre. Frozen Tindora has a longer shelf life compared to fresh ones when stored in a conducive temperature.
