We will do our best to respond quickly, but depending on the content, we may not have an answer or it may take several days for us to reply. We appreciate your kind understanding.

1.Inquiry about customer registration information


Follow the steps below to reacquire.

1) HereOpen the login screen from.

2) Click "Forgot your password for the login button?" Enter the registered e-mail address and click "Reconfigure". You will receive an email for reconfiguration addressed to your registered e-mail address.

◆ Customers who have registered as members at the old online shop have different procedures for reissuing their passwords. (* Accounts that have been used for shopping after July 2017 are valid.) Click here and check the status of your account.

* Customers who have not used this online shop after July 2017 do not need to reset their password. Please register a new account before using it.

* If you have forgotten your registered email, please register new. Multiple account registrations can not be registered with the same email address.


Click Here. Click "Create Account" on the page. You can easily register an account by simply entering your name, email address, and password.

* Your name and e-mail address cannot be changed after registration, so please be careful when entering them.


You can edit/add/register the delivery address, billing address, phone number, etc. on the Account page or in the process of shopping.

1) Click the red "GO TO PURCHASE" button in the cart to check your contact information.
2) Check the registered contents in "Ship to" and change if necessary. If you have not registered, please fill in.

* You cannot change the "Contact" information (account name, email address).
* If you wish to deliver to another address, you can change the "Ship to" information before making a payment.
* If you wish to change your e-mail address, please create a new account before using it.


Please send the following information with a statement that you wish to cancel the user registration.

After confirming the message, we will cancel the user registration in about 10 business days.

After canceling the user registration, your e-mail address and password will no longer be available at the shop. You cannot re-register.


2.Inquiry about delivery / shipping


After we ship the parcels, we will notify you by email on the same day (around 22:00). Your order will be delivered within 1 to 3 days depending on the area after the shipment.

Shipping costs vary according to the delivery area and will be charged for each temperature zone (Dry/ Fresh/ Frozen). Please click here and check the shipping costs.

In case of Cash-on-delivery payment, it costs 330 yen for handling charge. However, Ambika will cover this handling charge on your behalf. Please make use of it. No handling charge will occur for credit card payment.


We deliver your ordered items at the suitable temperature zones in order to keep the best condition. The delivery fee is charged for each temperature zone. (Dry/ Fresh/Frozen) Please note that you may not change the temperature zone at delivery. You can check the delivery charges from the table below. As for the temperature zone at the time of delivery, it is mentioned on the product page. Please check it before placing order. Service of Fresh and Frozen delivery is not available to Okinawa, remote islands and specific areas. We have to cancel Fresh and Frozen delivery to those areas even after order confirmed.


If you purchase more than a certain amount, we will offer Free-shipping.

Credit card payments are received by the card company, and cash on delivery payments are received by the shipping company. Therefore, the receipt creation at our company will be double issued. Please note.

* We do not accept returns or exchanges regarding the expiration date, so please check in advance before purchasing.
* The expiration date is the "expiration date when the quality is maintained in the default storage state when unopened". Consume as soon as possible after opening.


All our products are tested for imported food for each standard that are all required by the Food Sanitation Law, and sells what has been permitted to import and sell Japan to Japan. We are careful about the handling of the product, but there are some scratches and dumplings when shipping at sea and domestic transportation. Thank you for your understanding of imported goods. In principle, it can not be returned or exchanged.
