Inquiry about customer registration information


Follow the steps below to reacquire.

1) HereOpen the login screen from.

2) Click "Forgot your password for the login button?" Enter the registered e-mail address and click "Reconfigure". You will receive an email for reconfiguration addressed to your registered e-mail address.

◆ Customers who have registered as members at the old online shop have different procedures for reissuing their passwords. (* Accounts that have been used for shopping after July 2017 are valid.) Click here and request a reissue.

* Customers who have not used this online shop after July 2017 do not need to reset their password. Please register a new account before using it.

* If you have forgotten your registered email, please register new. Multiple account registrations can not be registered with the same email address.

After canceling the user registration, your e-mail address and password will no longer be available at the shop. You cannot re-register.


Inquiry about delivery / shipping


Orders received by 9 AM every day will be shipped on the same day. (Excluding Sundays and holidays)
It will be delivered within 1 to 3 days from the date of product shipment depending on the destination area. * You can check the delivery time and cost in the following "How much is the delivery cost?".

You can check the shipping date and estimated delivery date in the shopping cart by clicking "View Cart" during the payment process.

Shipping costs vary according to the delivery area. Please refer to the table below.

In case of Cash-on-delivery payment, it costs 330 yen for handling charge. However, Ambika will cover this handling charge on your behalf. Please make use of it. No handling charge will occur for credit card payment.
