Ambika Cow Ghee is a variation of clarified butter that is popular in the culinary traditions of the Middle East and India. It is made from cow milk butter, which is treated with low heat until the water evaporates, leaving behind milk solids, which has no colouring, flavouring matter & preservatives added to it. Due to its high smoke point, it can be use to saute, roast & even fry. Ghee is perhaps one of the most commonly used cooking fats in Indian cooking, including traditional rice preparations, Puranpoli, etc. Cow ghee is also used in cosmetic industry in preparation of many cosmetics
