1.Inquiries about account registration and registration information
1-1. I forgot my password.
Effective November 10, 2024, all customer logins will be switched to the One Time Password (OTP) method, which will be sent directly to your already registered e-mail address.
1) Click the “Login” button in the upper right corner of the top screen to display the login screen.
2) Enter your e-mail address and a 6-digit code will be sent to your e-mail address. The screen will switch to the code entry, so please enter the 6-digit code you received.
*If you have forgotten your registered e-mail address, please register a new one.
*Please note that you cannot register multiple accounts with the same e-mail address.
1-2. How do I register an account?
1) Click the “Login” button in the upper right corner of the top screen to display the login screen.
2) Enter your e-mail address and a 6-digit code will be sent to your e-mail address. The screen will switch to code entry, so please enter the 6-digit code you received.
3) Select “Profile” from the pull-down menu on the left side of “Go to Store” in the upper right corner of the screen and enter the code.
This completes your account registration.
*Please note that your e-mail address cannot be changed after registration.
1-3. I want to change my registration information (phone number, address, email address, etc.).
・Edit customer information: Select “Profile” from the pull-down menu on the left side of “Go to Store” in the upper right corner of the screen.
・Edit Order Information: You can register and change your delivery address, billing address, phone number, etc. on the payment screen while shopping.
*If you wish to have your order delivered to a different address, please change the “Delivery Address” before the order is settled.
*If you edit your “Profile” after completing your order, the information is not reflected in your confirmed order.
*If you wish to change your e-mail address, please create a new account before using this service.
1-4. how do I cancel my user registration?
Please contact us support@ambikamail.com with your name, registered e-mail address, and a message stating that you wish to cancel your user registration.
Once we receive your message, we will cancel your registration in about 10 business days.
As soon as you cancel your user registration, you will no longer be able to use your registered email address.
2.Inquiries regarding delivery and shipping charges
2-1. When will I receive my order?
◆About shipping date◆
*Orders made by 3 pm. will be shipped the next business day.
**Closed on Sundays and public holidays (Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped on the next next business day.)
**If any part of the address is missing, shipping will be delayed by one business day.
**Shipping dates may be delayed due to weather, disasters, seasonal concentration of orders, etc.
*For customers who have already placed an order, the date and time of the order completion email we send to them will be the exact order date.
*Shipment will be made from our cooperating warehouse in Japan.
*Inventory is constantly changing, so even if the item is in stock at the time you place the order, it may be out of stock when it is shipped from our cooperating warehouse.
If out of stock, we will be notified by email and the order will be shipped without the missing items.

・You can view it before proceeding to the payment step by pressing the "View Cart" button in your shopping cart. By setting the destination prefecture in the "Select a prefecture to check the shipping date and delivery date" field, you can check the available "shipping date" and "delivery date" at that time.
*It will not be displayed if you are not logged in or the delivery address is not registered.
*Please note that if you add an item to your cart and payment is not completed by 1 minute after 3pm, the item will be shipped on the next business day.

2-2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges vary depending on the delivery area.

If you pay by cash on delivery, there is normally a handling fee (330 yen), but our shop does not charge a handling fee. Please use all means. There are no fees when paying by credit card.
2-3. Why are items delivered separately at room temperature, fresh refrigerated, and frozen?
In order to deliver the purchased products in optimal condition, we deliver them at the temperature appropriate for each product.
Separate shipping fees will be charged for each temperature range at the time of delivery (room temperature delivery, fresh refrigerated delivery, frozen delivery). Please note that we cannot change the temperature range at the time of delivery.
Please be sure to check the temperature range at which the product will be delivered before purchasing, as it is indicated on each product page whether it is delivered at room temperature, fresh refrigerated, or frozen.
*There are areas where fresh refrigerated and frozen delivery is not possible, including the entire Okinawa main island and remote islands adjacent to Honshu. Please note that even if you place an order, it will be cancelled.

2-4. Is there a way to purchase with free shipping?
If you purchase over a certain amount, we will deliver free shipping. Please use all means.
The purchase amount eligible for free shipping varies depending on the temperature range at the time of delivery (room-temperature delivery, fresh refrigerated delivery, frozen delivery).
Room temperature delivery: 5,999 yen (tax included) or more
Fresh refrigerated delivery: 2,999 yen (tax included) or more
Frozen delivery: ¥3,999 (tax included) or more
Regarding shipping to Okinawa Prefecture, free shipping will not apply even if you purchase more than the above amount. Please note.

2-5. The packaging of the product I purchased was dirty.
As part of our eco-activities, we promote the recycling (reuse) of packaging materials (cardboard, paper bags, etc.) used to deliver ordered products. Please note that some packaging may contain unsightly packaging materials, but we take the utmost care to remove unsanitary materials, so please rest assured that this will not affect the quality or freshness of the product. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
3.Inquiries regarding payment
3-1. How do I pay?
At Ambika Online Shop, you can pay using the following methods.

3-2. How can I purchase with a credit card?

2.Confirm your contact information and shipping address, then click the black button that says "Please confirm your order."
3.Please check the contents of "Delivery method" and click the black button "Proceed to payment"

3-3. Please tell me how to purchase by cash on delivery.

*This online shop does not charge any cash on delivery fees.
*For cash on delivery, you pay when you receive your parcel. delivery company collects the payment on behalf of us, so we will only confirm your payment approximately two weeks after delivery. The payment will be displayed as “Pending Payment” until we complete the payment confirmation process.
3-4. Is there a fee for cash on delivery?
Our shop does not charge any cash on delivery fees.
3-5. How to use Ambika Points?
Points can be used for shopping on our website just like cash. Please exchange your points for coupons in advance, copy the coupon code, and proceed to payment.

While logged in, please log in to the point service app from "Ambika Points" at the bottom left of the screen. Click "Exchange points to coupons" to go to the exchange office.
There are 50, 100, 200, 500, and 1000 types of coupons, and there is a flexible coupon that allows you to set the number of your choice. Create a coupon according to your point balance.
Press the button next to the coupon you created to copy the coupon code.
[Use the redeemed coupon]
After clicking "Proceed to Purchase" in your cart, paste the code into the coupon entry field labeled "Gift Card or Coupon Code." After pasting, click the "Apply →" button when its color changes.
*The coupon will be applied and the total amount will change, so please check before confirming the payment.

*You can redeem multiple coupons within the available points balance. (Points below the decimal point cannot be set.)
*Only one coupon can be used for one shopping.
*Unused coupons can be used for your next purchase.

*Points are valid for one year from the date of acquisition.
3-6. Issuance of receipt and registration number
We do not issue receipts.
When using a credit card, payments are made to the card company, and cash on delivery payments are made to the shipping company, so when we create a receipt, we end up issuing duplicate receipts. Please note.
Please use the documents below as a replacement for your receipt.
◆Cash on delivery payment →When the package is delivered, the receipt given by the delivery person can be used as a receipt.
◆Credit payment →Your credit card statement (receipt from your credit card company) can be used in place of your receipt.

4-2. Can I check/change my order details?
You can confirm the details of your order in the "Order History" section of your My Account or in the order confirmation email that is automatically sent after placing your order.
Immediately after payment is completed, the data will be sent to an external warehouse and a shipping request will be made.
As a general rule, we do not accept changes to the order details (additions, changes in quantity, etc.), delivery address, payment method, cancellation, etc. after payment has been completed. Additionally, coupons cannot be used after payment has been completed. (Please use it for your next shopping.)
4-3. What is the expiry date of the product?
At Ambika Online Shop, we deliver products with 2 months or more of expiration date left at the time of shipment.
If we sell a product with a best-before date of two months or less, we will notify you by stating it in the product list and on the page.
The date is written in the "clock icon" in front of the "Add to Cart" button in the product list. Please be sure to check and purchase only if you agree with the terms and conditions.

*We cannot accept returns or exchanges regarding expiration dates, so please check before purchasing.
*The expiration date is the period during which the product's quality is maintained under the specified storage conditions when unopened. Please consume as soon as possible after opening.
4-4. There are scratches on the packaging of the product I purchased.
Although we take great care in handling our products, please be aware that scratches and dents may occur during sea or domestic transportation.
All of our products have been tested for imported foods according to the standards required by the Food Sanitation Law, and we sell only those that have been approved for import and sale in Japan. Please rest assured that this will not affect the quality or freshness of the product.
4-5. Can I return or exchange the product?
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
Returns and exchanges are only possible if the product is defective or if you receive a product that is different from what you ordered. Even in this case, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used once or have scratches or stains due to the customer's responsibility.
4-6. How do I return or exchange an item?
If the above items can be returned or exchanged,
① Within 2 days after receiving the product please contact us at support@ambikamail.com. We cannot accept returns or exchanges after the above deadline has passed.
② Shipping costs required for returns and exchanges will be borne by our company. However, if the customer wishes to have the replacement item shipped to a different address than the one at the time of purchase, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs required for the exchange.
