1.About free shipping conditions
We offer free shipping depending on the purchase amount and product (excluding Okinawa Prefecture).
For each temperature zoneWe will deliver free shipping for purchases over the following purchase amounts (tax included).
(Room temperature product,fresh refrigerated products、Frozen products)
*1. Free shipping is not applicable to Okinawa Prefecture.
*2. Delivery to Okinawa Prefecture and some remote islands is only possible by room-temperature delivery.
*3. There are areas where fresh refrigerated and frozen delivery is not possible, including the entire Okinawa main island and remote islands adjacent to Honshu. Please note that even if you place an order, it will be cancelled.
2.About shipping charges
If the purchase amount for each temperature range is less than the purchase amount (tax included) eligible for free shipping, shipping fees will be charged. Shipping charges vary depending on the region, so please check the table below.
3.About delivery days
*Orders made by 3 pm. will be shipped the next business day.
**Shipping is not available on Sundays and holidays.
**This applies to orders placed after June 19th 2024.
**If any part of the address is missing, shipping will be delayed by one business day.

4.About delivery time zone
When proceeding from the cart to the checkout process, please select your desired delivery time.

5.About delivery companies
Your package will be delivered by Sagawa Express or Japan Post.
6.About the inquiry invoice number
We will send you an email with the invoice number needed to track your package around 10pm on the day of shipment.
(Japan Post tracking numbers for Okinawa Prefecture cannot be sent via email.)
