We established Ambika Corporation in 1998 with a strong desire to "introduce Indian food culture to Japan." Since then, we have set up bases in both Japan and India and expanded our sales channels, mainly through wholesale for commercial use, while striving to provide high-quality products.

Today, we receive an overwhelming number of inquiries from customers and the media compared to when we first opened, and we feel that interest in Indian food culture is on the rise. However, it is also true that many aspects of Indian food are still not well known in Japan. It is only recently that awareness of the Indian idea of food as medicine, which is related to Ayurveda and yoga, has increased. In this context, we believe that it is our mission to provide authentic Indian ingredients to people in Japan who are seeking more authentic food.

Through my experience in the food industry, I have had the opportunity to encounter a variety of high-quality ingredients. The products we deliver are sure to satisfy those who are conscious about and interested in food, including those looking for halal food and vegan options. As a vegetarian myself, I highly recommend all our ingredients.
