In addition to having stores in Kuramae, Nishi-Kasai, and Shin-Okubo in Tokyo, the company also operates a convenient online shop that serves customers across Japan. Specializing in vegetarian products, Ambika Corporation offers a diverse lineup of over 500 items, including spices, dried herbs, beans, flour, oil, nuts, various seasonings, and wine made in India, as well as vegan-friendly products. The company also markets its own products, such as original ready-made curry and juice.

- 1998: Ambika Trading is founded, focusing on the import and sale of Indian spices.
- 2000: Sales to Indian restaurants nationwide begin.
- 2003: Ambika Healthcare Ltd. established in Mumbai.
- 2006: New head office building and Ambika Shop opened.
- 2007: Launched Alphonso Mango Drink, an original brand for Japanese consumers.
