At our online shop,
Orders placed before 3pm will be shipped in 1 business day.
Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped in 2 business days.
(Excluding Sundays and public holidays as they are closed.)
After shipping, the product will be delivered within 1 to 3 days depending on the region.

*Please note that orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be shipped on Monday or later.
*Orders placed around public holidays will have irregular shipping dates. Please check before ordering.

To maintain product integrity, items are shipped according to their temperature zone. Free shipping is available when your order exceeds the following thresholds:

Fresh Items (10°C) ¥2,999 or more

Note: 

  • Free shipping is based on the original purchase amount, even if points are applied and reduce the final payable amount 
  • Frozen and fresh items are shipped via Cool Courier Service 
  • If your order is split into multiple packages, delivery times may vary slightly between packages
  • Please note that free shipping does not apply to Okinawa Prefecture.
  • Orders for Okinawa Prefecture and certain remote islands can only be shipped via Normal Temperature delivery.
  • Please be aware that fresh refrigerated and frozen delivery services are unavailable in certain areas, including the entire Okinawa main island and some remote islands adjacent to Honshu. In such cases, please note that your order will be canceled.
