E-Tickets Update as of September 19th
We have answered the most frequently asked questions below.
Regarding E-Tickets to be Sent on September 15th
E-tickets will be sent to individuals who have acquired the right to participate under the following conditions by August 31st:
- Loyal customers of Ambika Shop who wish to participate by the end of August.
- Individuals who have applied for the free general invitation online and obtained the right to participate by the end of August.
- Companions registered by the end of August who are associated with the above groups.

◆I applied but did not receive an email◆
If you applied after September 1st, you have been placed on the waiting list.
For those who registered and applied for a waitlist slot after September 1st:
- If you registered as a companion for applications ① and ② after September 1st, you are also on the waiting list and will be notified of any cancellations.

We have encountered issues with some e-tickets not being received due to reasons such as incorrect email addresses or restrictions on receiving emails.
Please ensure that the email address you provided is correct and that there are no restrictions that could prevent you from receiving emails. Without a valid e-ticket, entry to the venue on the day of the event will not be permitted.

◆Regarding Accompanying Children◆
For safety and policy reasons, small children and individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to enter. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

◆Regarding Ticket Transfers◆
Please refrain from transferring tickets to friends or acquaintances. If your identity cannot be verified at the time of admission, you may be denied entry. We appreciate your understanding.
If you wish to attend, please apply to the "waitlist." Note that if you are on the "waitlist," your seating area will differ from that of your companion, and seat selection is not available.

E-Tickets Sent
E-tickets have been sent to all qualified participants as of the end of August. Each registrant will receive an e-ticket for each person who applied (e.g., if two people applied, you will receive two e-tickets). Please allow some time for all e-tickets to be delivered.
Note: Depending on your email provider, emails with the same subject might be grouped together. Check your email thread for the e-tickets.
If you have not received your e-ticket by September 17th, please check your spam and trash folders. If you still cannot find it, contact us using the inquiry form.

Please note that the email containing your E-ticket will come from a different address than usual, specifically from "@eventmanager-plus.jp" instead of the usual "@ambikamail.com". To ensure you receive the email, please adjust your domain-specific reception settings to allow emails from "@eventmanager-plus.jp".
