Account Registration 

1.Tap the login icon at the top of the page.

 

2. Tap “New Customer? Sign Up!” at the bottom of the login page.

 

3. Select your preferred language from the buttons on the right side of the top of the page.
After selecting your preferred language, register for an account.

＊Your name cannot be changed after registration.
＊One-Time Password will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
Please be careful not to make any mistakes.

 

4. A registration completion email will be sent to your registered email address.
If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, it is a registration error. Please check your spam mail box first, and then try registering again.

 

Login 

1. Tap the login icon at the top of the page.

 

2.Enter your email address.

＊One-Time Password will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
Please be careful not to make any mistakes.

 

3. One-Time Password (login code) will be issued to your registered e-mail address.
Please enter it. The code is valid for 15 minutes.

 

Delete account

Please email (support@ambikamail.com) us your request to delete your account and provide us with the following information

- Your registered name
- Your registered e-mail address

We will delete your registration after we receive your email. Once your registration is deleted, your e-mail address will no longer be available on our online shop.
Please note that it will take about 10 business days from the time you contact us for the deletion. 
Once the deletion is complete, you will be notified by e-mail.
