Login / Account Registration

Account Registration and Login can be processed in the same way.

1. Tap the login icon at the top of the page.

 

2. Switch to the Login screen. Enter your email address.

＊One-Time Password will be sent to your registered e-mail address. Please be careful not to make any mistakes.
＊Your email address is your Ambika Online Shop account. It is not possible to change the registered email address.

 3. One-Time Password (login code) will be issued to your registered e-mail address. Please enter it. The code is valid for 15 minutes.

 

Delete account

Please email (support@ambikamail.com) us your request to delete your account and provide us with the following information

- Your registered name
- Your registered e-mail address

We will delete your registration after we receive your email. Once your registration is deleted, your e-mail address will no longer be available on our online shop.
Please note that it will take about 10 business days from the time you contact us for the deletion. 
Once the deletion is complete, you will be notified by e-mail.
