1. Adjust Spam Reception Settings:
- Change the spam filter setting from "Strong" to "Standard."
- Add the following domains to your safe sender list: @ambikajapan.com and @ambikamail.com.

- "Allow only mobile email"
- "Do not receive emails with URLs"
2. Update Email Address:
- If possible, consider using a different email address.
- To change your email address, log in to your account and update it under the "Account Information" section on My Page.
