Using Points at New Ambika Veggie & Vegan Shop Online
For every 100 yen (excluding tax) spent, you will earn 1 Ambika point. These points can be redeemed for coupons to use on future purchases.
Before completing your purchase, please exchange your points for coupons. Ensure you have the coupons ready before proceeding to payment.
【Timing of grant】
The time it takes to receive points depends on the payment method and how points are earned:
- Registration Gift Points: Immediately after registration.
- Credit Card Payment: Approximately 1 week after shopping.
- Cash on Delivery Payment: Approximately 3 weeks after shopping.
【Types of Coupons】
In addition to the standard 50, 100, 200, 500, and 1000-point coupons, we now offer a Flexible Discount Coupon, which allows you to set any desired discount amount.
【Precautions while using coupons】
- You can use only one coupon per purchase.
- Coupons cannot be combined with other discounts or sale promotions.
Note: If multiple discounts are applicable, the discount with the highest rate will be applied first. Any unused coupons can be used for future purchases.
■ How to Redeem Points and Issue Coupon Codes ■
Please follow all the steps below to prepare for the purchase procedure:
1. While logged into the Ambika Online Shop, click the "Ambika Points" button located at the bottom left of the screen. Log in to the point system. A window will open, allowing you to view your available point balance.
2. Select “Exchange points for coupons.” The next screen will display available coupons. Choose a coupon with a "Redeem" button (e.g., a 100 yen coupon).
Alternatively, select “Flexible Discount” to issue a coupon of any amount you prefer.
Note that you cannot set points below the decimal point.
3. Points have been redeemed for coupons. Click the green checkmark to receive your coupon code.
4. Click the "Copy" button to copy the issued coupon code. Additionally, please verify that your point balance has been updated accordingly.
5. The coupon code has been copied successfully, and "Copied" will be displayed.
*You may redeem multiple coupons as long as you have the available points balance.
*However, only one coupon can be used per purchase. Please save any unused coupons for your next purchase.
■ Applying Your Coupon Code ■
To use your coupon code during checkout, please follow these steps:
A. After completing your shopping, choose a delivery time (if desired) and proceed to the checkout page.
B. Enter the coupon code in the field labeled "Gift Card or Coupon Code."
C. Click the "Apply" button once it turns black.
D. Verify that the coupon has been applied and that the total amount reflects the discount.
