◆【New Year's holidays shipping schedule】
Orders received after 3:00 p.m. on December 26, 2024 (Thu.) until 3:00 p.m. on January 6, 2025 (Mon.) →It will be shipped sequentially from January 7, 2025 (Tue.) after New Year's holidays.

＊Please note that the delivery date may be changed to the next day or later if the daily shipping capacity at the Partner Warehouse is exceeded. ＊The earliest possible shipping date will be displayed in the shopping cart after you select the destination prefecture. ＊After shipment, delivery will take 1 to 3 days depending on the area. Please refer to the “Delivery Details” page.

Except for delivery to Okinawa Prefecture, you will be notified of the Sagawa Express “slip number” by email around 10:00 p.m. on the day of shipment, so please make your own arrangements for the date and time of receiving your package if needed.

Every year, orders are concentrated just before the vacations (December 23 - 26) and after the vacations (January 7 - 14), resulting in heavy demand. We will do our best, but if the number of orders exceeds the daily shipping capacity of our partner warehouse, we may have to reschedule the shipment for the next day or later.

The delivery time specified in the shopping window is only an estimate. Please note that there may be significant delivery delays due to bad weather or traffic congestion. If you plan to use the product, please place your order well in advance.
