Balusha is a sweet made by deep-frying a wheat flour dough and soaking it in sugar syrup.

Made thick and round, this sweet has a satisfying bite. It pairs well with tea, coffee, or green tea.

These Indian sweets are freshly prepared by Indian cuisine chefs living in Japan.
Sweet treats like this are an essential part of celebrations.
