南インドで親しまれるクレープ状の平パン「ドーサ」が気軽に作れる生の生地、ドーサバッター液です。
見た目クレープみたいですが、パンケーキやお好み焼きみたいな主食にあたるパリッとしたしょっぱいクレープみたいな平パンです。朝食やおやつに、人気のある軽食です。
ドーサの生地は本来、豆の粉（ウラッドダール ホワイトの粉）を水に漬け、少し発酵させたものを使います。しかし、日本のお好み焼きやたこ焼きと同じく、固さやら発酵加減など、生地作りは慣れてないとなかなか難しい…
このドーサのバッター液を使えば「食べたい！」と思い立ったときにすぐに鉄板で焼くだけでドーサが作れます。
※10度以下で保存し、開封後はすぐ使い切って下さい
※ご購入後すみやかにガラス容器に移し替えることをお勧めします
