At our online shop, orders are shipped according to the following schedule based on the order time:

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM: Shipped 1 business day later
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM: Shipped 2 business days later
  

Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday will be shipped on Monday or later.
(e.g., An order placed at 3:01 PM on Friday will be shipped on Monday or later.)

※ Office hours are on weekdays, Monday through Friday.
※ No shipping operations are conducted on Sundays and national holidays.

To maintain product integrity, items are shipped according to their temperature zone. Free shipping is available when your order exceeds the following thresholds:

• Free shipping is based on the original purchase amount, even if points are applied and reduce the final payable amount 
• Frozen and fresh items are shipped via Cool Courier Service 
• If your order is split into multiple packages, delivery times may vary slightly between packages
• Please note that free shipping does not apply to Okinawa Prefecture.
• Orders for Okinawa Prefecture and certain remote islands can only be shipped via Normal Temperature delivery.
• Please be aware that fresh refrigerated and frozen delivery services are unavailable in certain areas, including the entire Okinawa main island and some remote islands adjacent to Honshu. In such cases, please note that your order will be canceled.

Shipping charges will be covered by us if the original purchase amount meets the free shipping threshold, even if the final amount after using points does not.

Delivery of products from Ambika Online Shop is outsourced to Sagawa Express or Japan Post.
They cannot accept contact via overseas phone numbers or social media such as WhatsApp or Messenger.
Courier services will deliver packages to your front door.
For cash on delivery, please pay when you receive your package.

Pickup at Sagawa Express office is only available in areas served by Sagawa.

(Please note that Japan Post tracking numbers for shipments to Okinawa Prefecture cannot be emailed.)
