Color: Very deep garnet purple. Aromas: Intense notes of blackcurrant and blackberry with nuances of Mediterranean herbs and black pepper. Palate: Concentrated palate showing ripe, elegant dark berry fruit with great intensity and weight, complemented by soft, fine grain tannins. Great mouth feel and structure with a powerful and persistent finish. Food Pairings: Pairs well with pork, veal, grilled meat, kebabs and spicy preparations.
