Peat comes through in complex waves, interwoven beautifully with hints of dessert-like sherry trifle—despite no sherry cask being used.
A soft vanilla-custard character from the oak gives way to bold chocolate fudge notes, resonating powerfully on the palate.

Finish:
Spicy peat and oak stretch across the mouth, balanced by enough molasses sweetness to highlight the malt.
A lift of warm spices carries this exceptional whisky through a memorable finish.
