● Easy mini recipe ● Indian sweets made with ghee “Suji halwa”
1. Heat 3 tablespoons of ghee in a frying pan and stir-fry 4 tablespoons of streaks over low heat until they turn brown.
2. Add 5 to 6 saffron sticks, add 3/4 cup of colored water, and simmer until the water evaporates.
3. Just before the wheat is cooked, add sugar and cardamom powder, mix and steam well.
