Changes to Order Deadlines
Current Deadline:
- Orders placed before 9:00 a.m.: Shipped on the same day (excluding Sundays and holidays)
New Deadline:
- Orders placed by 3:00 p.m.: Shipped the next business day
- Please note: Same-day shipping for orders placed by 9:00 a.m. will no longer be available.
Additional Information:
- Shipping operations are closed on Sundays and holidays.
- Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. will be shipped the next business day.
- Example1: Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
- Example2: Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. on Sunday will be shipped on Tuesday.
- If any part of the address is missing, shipping may be delayed by one or more business days.
Effective Date
- These changes apply to orders placed after 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 (for orders to be shipped on June 21).
Schedule:
- Orders placed from 9:00 a.m. on June 19 to 2:59 p.m. on June 20 will be shipped on June 21.
- Orders placed from 3:00 p.m. on June 20 to 2:59 p.m. on June 21 will be shipped on June 22.
Important Notice
Once an order is received, it is immediately processed for shipping. As before, we cannot accommodate additions, changes, or cancellations after an order has been completed. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
