【ワンポイント】
バスマテイライスは細長い粒が折れやすいのでゴシゴシと研がないようにしましょう。たっぷりの水の中でまわすようにさっと洗って数分水に浸けておき（浸けすぎないでください）、普通の日本米の水加減で炊飯器で炊けます。炊くまえに油をすこし垂らしておくか、炊き上がりにギーをまぶして混ぜておくとお米が乾かずしっとりと保てます。
