Ambika Idli Rava is made by coarsely grinding the selected variety of rice. Idli Rava is used to prepare the popular South Indian breakfast item, idli.

Ambika Idli Rava is 100% natural, unadulterated and is made from premium quality whole rice. It is hygienically packed and free from artificial color, flavor & preservatives.

Where to use
To make Idli take 100g urad dal and soak it for 4 hours. Grind the soaked dal into a fine paste. Add 200g Ambika Idli Rava to this paste and mix well. Allow the batter to stand for 7-8 hours. Add 1/4th teaspoon cooking soda and salt to the batter. Steam the ready batter in Idli steamer for 10-15 mins. Serve the fluffy, hot idlies with saagu and coconut chutney.

Idli Rava is rich in calcium.
