Rabri can be enjoyed either cold or warm and pairs exceptionally well with other mithai such as jalebi and Indian pancakes (malpua).
How to Enjoy:
- Great to be served as a drizzle over sweets like gulab jamun and jalebi, or as a complement to baked goods such as ghewar, puri, and paratha.
- Additionally, it makes a delightful sauce for Indian iced kulfi and parfaits like falooda.
