"Pakora" is an Indian ”Tempura” made by covering ingredients in a batter made from chickpea flour (Besan) and spices and then deep frying it. It's a favorite snack of Indians!

The bread pakora featured in the film is a snack that can be enjoyed with a variety of ingredients, including vegetables, soy protein, paneer (Indian cottage cheese), mashed beans, and more.
