1. Terms of Use
Ambika Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) operates an online shopping website (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”). These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms”) are established to ensure the proper and smooth operation of the services provided through the Site (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”) and to provide a comfortable experience for our customers.
Definitions
- “User” refers to any customer who agrees to these Terms, completes user registration according to the methods and procedures specified by the Company, is approved by the Company, and applies for or purchases products and other items introduced and sold by the Company on the Site.

- Customers agree in advance that the Company may send product information and other notices via email, direct mail, fax, or other means.

All trademarks and content displayed on the Site are the property of the Company, its information providers, or its affiliated companies.
Prohibited Actions
- The following acts are prohibited when using the Site. If the Company determines that a customer has committed a prohibited act, the Company may suspend the customer’s use of the Site, discontinue delivery of ordered products, and take other appropriate measures. If the Company suffers damage as a result of a prohibited act, it may seek compensation from the customer responsible.
· Pretending to be another person
· Using the Site after having been suspended or deregistered
· Providing false, incorrect, or incomplete information when registering or applying to use the Site
· Using the Site despite having failed to make payments to the Company in the past
· Obstructing or disturbing other customers’ use of the Site
· Using the Site without parental consent if underage

- The following acts are also prohibited when using the Site. The Company may take the same measures as described above if any of these actions are committed.

· Violating laws, regulations, or public order and morals
· Committing, aiding, or suggesting criminal acts

2. Privacy Policy (Purpose and Protection of Personal Information)
The Company appropriately protects personal information provided by customers in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Personal information will be used only within the scope of the purpose notified at the time of collection. If it becomes necessary to use personal information for other purposes, customers will be notified in advance.

Exceptions to Use Beyond the Stated Purpose

3. Customer Account Deletion and Privacy
Customers have the right to request the deletion of their Ambika user account at any time.
Handling of Personal Information After Account Deletion
· Email Address: Within 10 business days of account deletion, the customer’s email address will be added to the system’s account deletion list.
· Deletion of Personal Data: Based on the account deletion request, personal information associated with the account (such as address and contact details) will be removed from the Company’s database.
· Retention of Order History: The Company will retain order history information for transaction purposes, to maintain financial record integrity, and to facilitate future inquiries regarding past purchases.
