Thank you for your patronage and support throughout the year.
For this coming year-end and New Year holidays, our shipping schedule is going to be changed as below.

《Year-end and New Year Shipping Schedule》
■ All orders for shipment in 2022 have been completed.
■Orders received from 9:00 AM on Dec.29th(Thu) to 9:00 AM on January 5th (Thu) will be shipped on Jan. 5th(Thu),2023 at the earliest.
※ After the shipment, it takes 1 - 3 days for delivery depending on the areas. (You can check from here)
※ The shipping schedule is subject to change due to stock shortage, breakage etc.
● Any changes of order details and/or payment method are unalterable after placing order.
● Around the time of Year-end and New Year, we receive many orders.
When the number of orders is beyond the maximum number of shipment from warehouse, the shipment schedule might be changed to the next working day. Then, then delivery schedule is to be changed/delayed accordingly.
● After shipment, Notification of Tracking number will be sent.

● When you enter the shipping and billing address, please check if there is any information missing (area number, room number).
When the parcel is returned or transported to another address due to wrong information or customer's absence, the actual expense of sending and returning will be billed to customer.
● The delivery time sometimes might delay due to weather or traffic around the time of year-end and new year.
