Ambika's 25th Anniversary event with Pritam!
Date: Thursday, September 28, 2023 17:00 Opening at 18:00, scheduled to end at 21:00
Place: Tokyo Garden Theater (Ariake, Koto-ku)
*Only those with E-tickets sent in advance can enter the concert.
*Tickets will not be issued or sold on the day of the event.
*Please note that children under the age of 18 are not allowed to enter.

We have answered the most frequently asked questions below.
◆About E-tickets to be sent on September 15th◆
① Those who are loyal customers of Ambika Shop and wish to participate by the end of August
②Those who have applied for the free invitation online and have obtained the right to participate by the end of August.
③ Those in ① or ② who have already registered as a companion by the end of August.
*E-tickets will be sent to restaurants and other invited customers on a different date. If you do not understand anything, please contact the person in charge.

◆I applied but haven't received the email◆
The following people who applied after September 1st are registered on the "waiting list".
④For those who have registered and applied for the "wait list" after September 1st.
⑤ Those who have registered as companions for ① and ② after September 1st (waiting for cancellation).
The winner of the ticket will be announced after sending the e-ticket after September 22nd. You cannot specify your seat location.
*There are many customers who are unable to receive emails (e-tickets) from Ambika due to reasons such as ``the email address is unknown (the address is incorrect)'' or ``they have restrictions on receiving emails.''
If you do not have a ticket, you will not be able to attend the concert.Thank you for your understanding.

◆My companion's E-ticket has not arrived◆
First, please check your spam folder. Depending on the email you are using, emails with the same subject may be displayed together. Click on the email and see if there are any emails organized in threads below.

◆About accompanying children◆
Small children and people under the age of 18 are not permitted to enter. We are sorry.

◆About ticket transfer◆
Please refrain from transferring tickets.
If your identity cannot be verified at the time of admission, you may not be able to enter. Please note.
*If you would like to participate, please apply to the "waiting list".
If you obtain a ticket on the "waiting list," your seating area will be different from that of your companion. You cannot specify your seat location.

◆E-ticket has been sent
We have sent e-tickets to those who registered to participate by August 31st.
E-tickets for the number of people applying will be sent to your registered email address. (If two people apply, you will receive two e-tickets) It may take some time for all e-tickets to be received.
*Depending on the app, emails with the same subject may be displayed together. Click on the email and see if it's organized in a thread below.
*If you have not received your e-ticket by September 17th, please check your spam and trash folders and contact us using the inquiry form.

◆The anticipated date for the distribution of E-tickets to all eligible participants has been rescheduled.

The email will be sent from a different address than the domain (@ambikamail.com) from which we normally send emails.
If you have restricted email reception, please set the domain-specific reception settings to allow (@eventmanager-plus.jp) .
We will keep you informed on this platform as we approach the delivery date for E-tickets. Additionally, notifications will be sent through the Ambika Online Shop app, Ambika's email newsletter, social media, and other communication channels.
