2023 Golden Week shipping information

The shipping schedule for Golden Week is as follows.

We will operate and ship according to the Japanese calendar.
* Orders made by 9:00 AM will be shipped on the same day. (Excluding weekends and holidays)
* Fresh items are not available from April 28th to May 8th.

※ After shipment, it takes 1 - 3 days for delivery depending on the areas. (You can check from here)
※ The shipment schedule is subject to change due to stock shortage, breakage etc.
● Any changes of order details and/or payment method are unalterable after placing order.
● Around the time of Golden Week, we receive many orders.
When the number of orders is beyond the maximum number of shipment from warehouse, the shipment schedule might be changed to the next shipping day. Then, the delivery schedule is to be changed/delayed accordingly.
● Request for the arrangement of scheduled delivery cannot be accepted around the time of Golden Week. The parcel will be shipped/delivered at the earliest arrangement along with the GW shipping schedule.
● After shipment, Notification of Tracking number will be sent.

● When you enter the shipping and billing address, please check if there is any information missing (area number, room number).
When the parcel is returned or transported to another address due to wrong information, the actual expense will be billed to customer.
